Joel Friant is the man behind the now famous Original Habanero Shaker. Prior to this enterprise, Joel was active in the restaurant business as well as the business of real estate.
In the min 1990’s, Joel opened a groundbreaking restaurant. His unique concept for a fast food style Thai restaurant quickly caught on, and Joel was able to delight his customers by providing exotic and spicy cuisine.
Following the success of his restaurant, Joel tried his hand at real estate. Initial, he purchased old homes. He then gutted the houses and renovated them. Following this he placed the homes back on the market, sometimes selling them for double what he paid to purchase them.
Joel’s talent in the real estate world did not go unnoticed. He was hired to work as a salesman for a real estate firm and quickly established himself as the best salesman in the office. Because of this, Joel was promoted to a position that allowed him to run on of the firm’s branch office, an office that specializes in real estate mortgage loans.
In 2008, the American market crashed, and Joel decided to leave real estate. It was at this time that he began to study the patterns of success. Joel observed successful people, especially those who had persevered through the market crash.
Using his observations, Joel was able to develop methods of success. He put these methods into practice by marketing his Original Habanero Shaker. Originally introduced in 1995, the Original Habanero Shaker sold in Washington State. Joel decided to bring his product into the 21st century, and in 2012 he launched a website platform for the Original Habanero Shaker.
Joel continues to sell his product on online marketplaces. He has recently taken an interest in cryptocurrencies. He hopes to study the trends in cryptocurrencies, such as bitcoin, and to learn how to harness their power for business expansion.
